Hannah has taught and led in the EYFS for many years, developing expertise within this age phase. Having supported many schools in Newham and beyond, she has extensive experience in tailoring support and guidance to the needs of a setting.
Working for the North East London Maths Hub, Hannah has designed and led training and work groups for the NCETM over the last three years. By developing participants' mathematical subject knowledge and understanding of early years pedagogy, she has enabled successive cohorts to make positive changes to their practice.
Responsive teaching is at the heart of her own practice; Hannah has a wealth of experience within formative assessment from the EYFS up to Year 6. She has worked with Shirley Clarke on a number of occasions, with her teaching being filmed for use in courses worldwide. As well as contributing to the developing practice in her own school, she has delivered training on Assessment for Learning at many schools and conferences in the UK and internationally.
